This is a website of the Gesellschaft für Biochemie und Molekularbiologie (GBM) e.V. (Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology).

The GBM is registered as a non-profit scientific association under register number VR 4265 in the register of associations of the city of Frankfurt am Main.

The GBM serves exclusively and directly charitable purposes according to the certificate of the tax office Frankfurt/Main III (tax number 045 250 79314), in particular because of the promotion of biochemistry and molecular biology, scientific purposes and is therefore a member of the corporations, associations of persons or estates described in § 4, paragraph 1, number 6 KStG, in § 3, paragraph 1, number 6 VStG and in § 3, number 6 GewStG.

The GBM is legal represented by the Executive Board elected in accordance with the Articles of Association.
